It is with great sadness that the family of Anna T. Aber announces her passing on Sunday, August 31, 2008. Her husband, William L. Aber, Sr., to whom she was married for 63 1/2 years, preceded her in death in October of 2004. She is survived by her four children: ---, ---, --- , and --- . Four grandchildren ---, ----, --- and --- and her great granddaughter, ---, also mourn her passing. Mrs. Aber was a secretary for Messrs. ---band --- in the administrative offices of the Moon Area School District for 19 years having retired in 1979. A long-time resident of Moon Township, Ann had been a member of Sharon Community Presbyterian Church since 1954. In her earlier years she had been very active in various women's circles and granges, and she loved to knit, crochet, and dance. Friends and guests may pay their respects at the COPELAND'S MOON TOWNSHIP, 981 Brodhead Rd. from 2-4:00 and 7-9:00 on Tues., Sept. 2, 2008. A service for Ann Aber will be held on Sept. 3rd at 9:00 AM at Sharon Community Presbyterian Church, 522 Carnot Road Moon Township. A Burial Ceremony will take place at the East Union Presbyterian Church Cemetery at 292 East Union Rd., Cheswick, PA. For more information (412) 262-1390. In lieu of flowers and other memorial gifts.
