Helen L. Carnes, 82, of Weston passed away Feb. 28, 2007. A native of Springfield, Ohio, Helen moved to Miami in 1957 where she worked as a corporate secretary in the construction industry for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard L. Carnes and granddaughter, Kimberly Lynn Carnes.
