Harriet Maria Mack, 87, of Taylor Road died at 10:15 p.m. Sunday, July 22, 2001, at Four Seasons Health Care Center.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Parish.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Four Seasons Chapel with the Rev. Evelyn Brown officiating. Calling will be from 10:30 until service time at the chapel. A private burial will be at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Arrangements were made by Myers Funeral Service, Reed & Jewell Chapel, on 25th Street.
Mrs. Mack was born in Chicago Feb. 16, 1914, the daughter of Walter and Mary Montwid Stankiewicz. She married Raymond F. Mack in June 1936. He died in May 1993.
Surviving are sons Raymond Mack of Brentwood, Tenn., and Larry Mack of Glendale, Ariz.; grandchildren, Sherelle Balch of Chandler, Ariz., David Mack of St. Charles, Ill., and Jeffrey Mack of Norcross, Ga.; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Polly Kizior of St. Charles.
She was preceded in death by a son, James Francis Mack; a brother, Bernard Stankiewicz; and a sister, Lillian Roberts.
