Born in Seminole, Oklahoma to Homer and Camie Sims. He spent most of his life in Rialto. He worked many jobs during his lifetime, but spent many years working as a meat cutter for Safeway. He proudly served in WWII in the Army Air Corp. He enjoyed telling stories and writing about his life experiences. He loved to laugh and always had a smile on his face. He was married 3 times to Pauline, Rosie, and Irene, who all preceded him in death. He is survived by his four children, Steve Sims, Barbara Hutcheson (Ken), Paula Wall, and Sherry Jackson, 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
