Amelia A. “Millie” Webster, 57, died near her residence in Mountain Home Friday. A resident here since 1960, she was formerly of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Mrs. Webster was born September 15, 1924 at Prelate, Saskatchewan, Canada. She married Clifford E. Webster January 16, 1945 at Regina, Saskatchewan. She attended the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Webster was preceded in death by her parents John and Mary Anne Selinger and one brother (Johnny).
Mrs. Webster is survived by her husband, at home: three sons, SFC Dennis E. Webster with the U.S. Army at Fort Knox, Kentucky, Douglas W. Webster and Dale A. Webster, both of Mountain Home; one brother, George Selinger of Regina; four sisters Barbara Selinger of Regina, Josephine Selinger of Mandan, North Dakota, Florence Martin of Coquitlan, British Columbia, and Clem Payne of New Westminster, British Columbia, two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral mass was celebrated Tuesday at St. Peter’s with the Reverend Rainer J. DeClerk as celebrant and the Reverend Neill Hudson as officiant. Rosary services were Monday at Roller Funeral Home. Interment was in Baxter Memorial Garden. Pallbearers were Don Reynolds, Roland Gilbert, Representative Ed Gilbert, Ron Gilbert, Paul Deatherage and Ossie Robertson. Honorary pallbearers were Wilson Reynolds, Kenneth Russell, Dr. Maxwell Cheney and Earl Jennings.
