Linda R. Ashe-Leary, 54, passed away Sun. She was born May 23, 1960 to the late Daniel and Karen (Kersage) Ashe. Linda worked for many years at Baystate Medical Center. She served in the US Air Force. Linda enjoyed cross-stitching arts & crafts, reading, writing and doing volunteer work. Linda also was a Girl Scout leader and had a large fairy figurine collection. She leaves her husband Thomas Leary, her daughter Tara Leary of Chicopee, her brothers, Sean Ashe of NJ and Dennis Ashe of Hyannis, her sister Dani McDonald of E. Long., and several nieces and nephews. Calling Hours will be held MON. from 12 to 2 PM at the Sampson's Chapel of the Acres Funeral Home, 21 Tinkham Road, Springfield, followed by a 3 PM Graveside Service in the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St., Agawam. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Lorraine’s Soup Kitchen, 170 Pendexter Ave., Chicopee, MA 01013
