Robert R. Foran, 81, of Syracuse, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2015. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Robert was a member of the National Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He was predeceased by his wife, Elizabeth L. Foran in 2004. Surviving are his son, Robert M. Foran; son-in-law, Gerald F. Casel; daughter-in-law, Debra Franz; two granddaughters, Jennifer and Jessica and five great-grandchildren. There will be no calling hours. Services will be private. Burial with Military Honors will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Syracuse.
