Paul L. Dilsaver of Beulah, Colo., passed away on May 22, 2002, in Beulah. He was born Dec. 8, 1949, in Fort Collins, Colo., to Loren and Willene Blackmore Dilsaver, his parents reside in Fort Collins.

Paul is also survived by a brother, dear friend, numerous other relatives and friends [survivors names omitted].

Paul was a longtime resident of Pueblo. Paul holds five degrees, a BA in philosophy, an MA in English (linguistics), a BS in accounting, an MS in tax law and an MFA in creative writing. In addition, he holds licensure as a practical nurse and as a commercial pilot. He was a former flight instructor. He was also a writer and a poet, with several books of poetry, too numerous to list in the space allowed on this page.

Memorial services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2002, at the Pueblo West Ecumenical Church, 434 S. Conquistador with Pastor Addison Kendall officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pueblo County Humane Society, P.O.
