Rachel McKee Ferguson, 82, of Roanoke, passed away Thursday, January 22, 2015. She was retired from Double Envelope Co. and was preceded in death by her parents, Nathan and Alice McKee; her husband of 54 years, Calvin Ferguson; brother, Nelson McKee; sisters, Virginia Meeks and Cathy Huff.
Surviving family includes a daughter, Sandra Jones; son, Rob Ferguson; beloved sister, Julie Deel; brother, Tommy McKee; grandchildren, April Dooley, Daniel Yopp and Katie Mallory; four great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 24, 2015, at the Lotz Funeral Home Chapel in Vinton with the Rev. Joseph Peters officiating. Interment will follow in McKee Cemetery in Hardy. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 23, 2015, at the funeral home.
