The Memorial Service for Michael Shane Landers, age 36, of Athens, AL; will be Monday, January 19, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at McConnell Memorial Chapel with Ervin Jewell officiating.
Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery.
Mr. Landers passed away Thursday January 15, 2015 at his residence.
He was born October 2, 1978 in Limestone County, AL to Edward Landers and Barbara Ann Campbell Landers.
Mr. Landers is preceded in death by his mother.
He is survived by his loving wife Melody Dupree Landers, one son Tyler Dupree; five daughters Charity Landers, Kayla Landers, Jamie Landers, Madison Landers, and Shayna Landers; father Ed Landers and wife Rosemary; five brothers Ervin Jewell, Bill Jewell, Harold Jewell, Mark Jewell and William Landers; three sisters Jennifer Landers, Marie Young and Michelle Landers.
Pallbearers will be Richard Sanders, Harold McNatt, Jackie Wallace, Reaper, Biscuit, Johnathan Wallace, Koty Landers, William Landers, Jack Johnson, and Deric Landers.
