Peggy Ann James, 69, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at The Oaks Nursing & Personal Care Home in Marshallville, GA.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 4 p.m., Thursday, January 22, 2015 at County Line Baptist Church in Ellaville, GA. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends and visitors at the church only.

Miss James was born August 6, 1945 to the late Henry Martin James and Mary Frances Layfield James.

Miss James is survived by her brother, Bill (Cathy) James of Ellaville, GA, and her sister, Denervia (Ben) Coogle of Oglethorpe, GA. She also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society.

Watson-Mathews Funeral Home of Montezuma, GA has been entrusted with arrangements.
