Surviving is her husband, Thomas D. Caldwell; daughter, Cherie Sledd of N.C.; one son, Thomas David Caldwell; her mother, Monnie St.Clair, both of Salem; one sister, Virginia DiBiase of Conn.; one brother, Roscoe Channon St.Clair of Salem; two grandchildren; many aunts and uncles.
Services will be at Oakey's North Chapel 11:30 a.m. Friday. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Oakey's North Chapel after 11 a.m. Thursday where the family will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
