Jack L. Sr., 75, left this earth to be with his late wife, Geneva Dowell Bradley on January 20, 2015. They would have been married for 50 years this coming June.
Jack was born on June 30, 1939 in Rock Castle County, KY to the late Frank and Nellie Catherine Roberts Bradley. He served our country in the U.S. Army, retired after 14 years from the Louisville Fire Department, was a Mason, and was a member of Parkland Baptist Church. Jack was an amazing man and everyone who met him ended up with a abundance of love and respect for him. He will always be remembered as having a true “servants heart”, he spent many of his days volunteering and always had a need to help the people he met. He will truly be missed by all.
Along with his wife; and parents; a son, Donnie Ray Bradley; and his 9 siblings have preceded him in death.
Left to carry on his loving and compassionate memory are his children, Jack L. Bradley Jr. and Nanette Bradley-Pryor (David); grandchildren, Julie Willis (David) and Stephanie Schilling (Steve); great grandchildren, Grace, Lorali, Geneva, and Jacob; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Debbie Grubbs, Willy Harned and Anita Cissell with the entire Franciscan Home Family for all their love and support given to Jack for quite some time.
A service in honor of Jack will be 10 am Friday, January 23, 2015 at Ratterman and Sons, 3800 Bardstown Road. Burial will take place at New Bethel Cemetery in Hardinsburg, KY
