Roy Lee Funderburk married Esther Marie Woodford on 2 Dec 1956 at the Assembly of God Church in Bakersfield, Kern County, California. They had 2 daughter. Kim Renae and Tammi Loree. They divorced in the 1960's.
He was my Mom's baby brother. He was only 11 years older than me and we both had a love for Genealogy. We walked many a cemetery in Mississippi and Tennessee. He had moved to Savannah, Georgia with his daughter Tammi about 5 months before he died. He had to be moved to a Rest Home when they got there.
After his divorce from Esther in the 1960's he lived in downtown Los Angeles near Hollywood, CA for many years. After retiring he moved to Bakersfield, CA and lived across the Street from his half-sister, Linda. He then moved to Reno, Nevada and lived there for many years. He was a very talented guitar and piano player and had a wonderful voice;

He died of Congestive Heart Failure. He also had Dementia
