Terry Wayne Middleton, 47, of Macomb, Oklahoma passed away Monday, January 19, 2015 in Midwest City.

Terry was born on February 6, 1967 to Carolyn Wilson and James Middleton in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

He graduated from Macomb High School in 1985. He married the love of his life Deana Sherryl Chaffin on May 12, 1988 in Harjo, Oklahoma. They had 3 daughters, Stephanie, Racheal and Terri Sue. Terry loved to watch all his daughter’s games and was very proud of them.

He enjoyed being a volunteer firefighter for the Macomb Volunteer Fire Department for over 26 years. The fire department was his second family. Terry loved hunting, fishing, and watching OU Football and basketball. He loved being with his family and enjoyed getting to play with his
4 granddaughters.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Wayne Middleton; and his mother, Carolyn Sue Wilson.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 26 years, Deana Middleton of the home; 3 daughters and 2 sons-in-law, Stephanie Middleton and Dustin Daily of Newalla, OK, Racheal Middleton of Macomb, OK, Terri Sue and Errick Annanders of Coppers Cove, TX; 4 granddaughters, Paitynn and Alayna Daily, Ava Ashley and Kylie Annanders; 2 sisters, Jessica Bailey and Paula Stewart; aunt and uncle, Margie and David Whitecotton, of Shawnee, OK; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Dean and Sherry Chaffin of Macomb; 2 sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Wendy and Mont Magnus and Mona and Jimmy Hull; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family and friends.

Visitation will begin 12:00 noon, Thursday, January 22, 2015 and continue through service time. Family gathering to meet with friends will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 23, 2015 at Cooper Funeral Home. Service will be 2:30 p.m., Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Macomb High School Gym with Reverend Tony Black of Romulus Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Alexander Family Cemetery in Macomb under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
