Sharon Kay Clark, 66, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on August 8, 2008. Sharon Kay Clark was born in Nebraska City, Nebraska, but was raised in Topeka, Kansas, where she graduated from Topeka High School and later Washburn University with a degree in Social Work. Throughout her life, she worked for several social services; however, her greatest joy came through her work with animals, often fostering cats and kittens for the Humane Society. A life-long Episcopalian, she loved her service to the church, most notably her work with EFM. Her survivors include her two sons, M. Todd Harper of Atlanta, GA, and Christopher Harper of Cave Creek, AZ; and her two grandchildren, Noah and Adam Harper, also of Atlanta. A service will be held in honor of Ms. Clark at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 29, at Good Shepherd of the Hills, Episcopal Church, Cave Creek, Az. A reception will follow the service. Arrangements have been made through the National Cremation Society of Phoenix, Arizona. Ms. Clark has asked that donations be made to her favorite charity, the Humane Society, or to Good Shepherd of the Hills, Episcopal Church, Cave Creek, Az.
