Clinton E. "Tim" Hale, Jr., 75, of Snow Shoe, PA, formerly of Mechanicsburg, passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2015, at home.

Born June 1, 1939, in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late Clinton E. and Dorothy (Guistwhite) Hale, Sr.

Tim was the loving husband of Shirley A. (Hable) Hale for over 30 years.

Tim was a US Army Veteran where he achieved the rank of Captain.

He was a graduate of the former New Cumberland High School and from Penn State University with a BS Degree in Wood Utilization.

Tim was a member of VFW Post 5644, Snow Shoe, PA, and member and former treasurer of the Twin Pines Camp.

He was the owner of the former Mack's Sharp Shop in Camp Hill and a former employee of Bob's Weld Shop and retired from Kerry's Lawn and Garden.

Tim enjoyed going to Twin Pines Camp, fishing, hunting, watching sports and was an avid Penn State Football Fan.

Surviving is his wife, his daughter, Linda, and husband, Michael Bixler, of Mt. Holly Springs, PA, two sons, David Hale and his companion, Barbara Kachik, of Moshannon, PA and Allen and wife, Barbara Hale, of Temple, GA, a Step-Son, William Hable, of Snow Shoe, six grandchildren, Andrew and Ashley Hummer, Nicole and Amanda Thomas and Austin and Nathan Hale and four great-grandchildren, Breeahna, Cheyenna, Halie and Logan.

Tim was preceded in death by his daughter, Karen Thomas.

Services will be held on Friday, January 16 at 1:00 pm in the Neumyer Funeral Home, Inc., 1334 N. 2nd Street, Harrisburg, Pa. Viewing will be from 12 pm to 1 pm, Friday in the funeral home.

Burial will be in Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill, PA.
