Deborah Ann Reed

SULPHUR­ Deborah Ann Reed was born to George Washington Adams and Billie Christine (Jenkins) Adams on Nov. 28, 1951, in Caddo, Okla., and entered into eternal life on Friday, Jan. 16, 2015, in Oklahoma City, at the age of 63 years.

Debbie grew up and attended school in Duncan, Okla., and graduated from Duncan High School. She attended cosmetology school in Chickasha, Okla., Feb. 26, 1971. She married Curtis Reed in Marlow, Okla., at the Plato Baptist Church. She and Curtis made their home in Duncan, Lone Grove and Davis and they have spent the last 15 years in Elmore City, Okla. Deborah was a department manager of the sporting goods section for Walmart. Later, she also opened a Dollar General store in Davis, before managing the Pauls Valley store. Debbie loved raising her animals. She raised dogs, chickens, guineas and ducks. Also, she loved to garden and go to garage sales. Deborah collected clocks, cookie jars, saddles, spurs, jewelry and rings. The highlight of her life was her family and friends.

Mrs. Reed is survived by her husband, Curtis Reed of the home; three sons, Steve Reed and Millie of Springer, Randy Reed of Elmore City, and Brent Reed and Alanah of Davis; three brothers, Bob and Kelly Adams of Elmore City, Steve and Carolyn Adams of Quinton, Okla., and Tom and Dana Adams of Pernell, Okla.; six granddaughters; three grandsons; and one greatgrandson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George Washington Adams and Billie Christine Adams; and one granddaughter, Raegan Reed.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2015, at the Midway Hill Baptist Church between Sulphur and Davis. Interment will be in the Green Hill Cemetery in Davis, under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home. You may send a condolence to the family at www.woosterfuneralhomes.com
