79, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on January 17, 2015.

Mr. Cook was born to the late Albert Bishop and Elizabeth Cook. Mr. Cook was a loving husband, devoted father, loving brother, grandfather, and great grandfather. He retired from Brinley and Hardy Company, formerly known as volunteer of Kentucky Rescue, Civil Defense, Red Cross, Father Flanagan BoysTown, member of AMVETS Post 9, Moose Lodge, and a volunteer firefighter.

Mr. Cook leaves to cherish his memory to his daughters, Lavina Tower (Sean), Elizabeth Seward (Kevin) and Annette Cook; son, Earl Cook; grandchildren, Jeremy Cheatham(Becky), Cristy Hatfield, Tammy Hatfield, Amanda Satterfield, Kristopher Cook, and Patera Cook; six great grandchildren; brothers, Tommy Bishop, Albert Bishop "Sonny"; and sisters, Dorothy Bishop, Linda Bishop, Donna Bishop, Deborah Bishop, and Cathy Bishop.

Calling hours for Mr. Cook will be Tuesday, noon until 8 p.m. at Neurath & Schoppenhorst Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday at noon at Neurath & Schoppenhorst Funeral Home with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
