Teresa was born on May 26, 1932 in Hartford Connecticut, daughter of Joseph and Teresa D'Anzi. Terry graduated from Buckley High School in Hartford in 1950, and graduated from St. Francis Nursing School in Hartford in 1953.
She married Bob Adleman in Windsor, Connecticut on June 19, 1954. Bob was in the Navy in New London. They moved to Rockford, Illinois in 1955. Together they had two sons, Bob, Jr. and Jim. The family moved to Fort Collins on November 12, 1967, exactly 45 yrs. before she died.
In Fort Collins, Terry worked for various Drs, retiring in 1992. She enjoyed traveling, especially to Las Vegas where she usually played the slots while Bob saved money golfing. When Vegas got too fast for them, they traveled to Laughlin, which was more their speed. Terry is survived by her husband, Bob; sons, Bob Karen and Jim Laura, fiancé; grandsons, Ross and Ben Adleman; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and John Tezak, sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Duane Kinney, and various nieces and nephews in Illinois and Connecticut.
Terry was a big football fan of CSU and the Broncos. She enjoyed passing time with a good book or talking to cherished friends. Terry always thought of others before herself. She wanted others to know she loved her husband, children, grandchildren, family and friends. Terry was loved by many. She also wanted you all to know "When you see a very bright star, that it will be me saying `Hi' and sending love."
The family would like to thank MCR, PVH, and Pathways Hospice for all the excellent care and loving support. Terry would like any donations to be made to The Humane Society or animal shelters in Larimer County in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524.
