Funeral services for Fay Kezer Dillingham, 71, of Windsor who died December 24 in the Hanover, N. H. hospital after a long illness were held December 26, at the Knight Funeral Home in Windsor, the Rev. Emil Beck officiated.

Mr. Dillingham the son of Henry and Nellie (Braman) Dillingham, married the former Hazel E. Bartlett of Hardwick, February 11, 1927. He was divorced from his first wife Rhuey Sherman. In addition to his wife, he leaves a daughter, Mrs. Nellie Eastman and a son, Raymond W. Dillingham of Windsor.

Attending from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Eastman and Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Ashley, Waterbury; Mr. and Mrs. Earl Ashley, Vergennes; Mrs. George Graves, Montpelier; Mr. and Mrs. Ollie Rogers and daughters, Clara and Lois, Orleans; Mr. and Mrs. George Hall, Stannard; and Mr. and Mrs. Erwin White, Greensboro.
