Judy D. Manning-Rochester, 69, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Jan. 11, 2015. Preceded in death by her husband, Dennis L. Rochester. Survived by her children, Troy L. McCoy, Diane Renee McCoy and Bud McCoy; grandson, Jesse G. McCoy; as well as many other grandchildren, brothers, sister, nieces, nephews; cousin and best friend, Patty Reutter. Judy was well studied in the Bible, she enjoyed yard sales, old movies and spending time with others. She had a great sense of humor and a huge heart for the less fortunate.
