Age 34, of Flint, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 29, 2006, at Hurley Medical Center in Flint.
Teresa was employed by the Carman-Ainsworth School District.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 W. Hill Road, Flint, with Pastor Ron Emmerling officiating. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be from 5 to 8 this evening and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 8 p.m.
Teresa was born in Flint, March 20, 1972. She was an active member of West Side Baptist Church, where she had many friends.
Survivors include: her daughter, Kaitlin Faulkner, age 10, of Flint; mother, Patricia Burpee of Durand; father and stepmother, Eugene and Cheryl Linn of West Branch; grandparents, Ella Mathews of Sumiton, Ala., and Jane Tuttle of Davison; sisters, Victoria and husband Craig Ward of Paragould, Ark., Melissa Burpee of Maple Grove, Minn., Tonya Burpee of Corunna, Angela and husband Michael McDaniels of Burton and Lesa and husband Mitchell Ross of Ovid; brother, Shawn and wife Christina Wintermote of Kenosha, Wis.; 12 nieces; eight nephews; and many aunts and uncles.
She was predeceased by her grandparents, Benville Mathews of Sumiton, Ala., Earl and Cecilia Linn of Flint and Ivan Tuttle Sr. of Davison.
The family is asking that any contributions be made to the Kaitlin Faulkner Educational Fund.
