She was preceded in death by her parents Ruby and Vernon E. Payne, also by her brother Robert.
Mary Frances grew up and went to school in Gilbert, AZ, where she met the love of her life Bill Hill. They were married on August 2, 1952.
She is survived by her husband Bill and four sons Mark, Mike (Wendy), Larry (Susan), Jerry; her brother Vernon (April) L. Payne of Gilbert, AZ and sister-in-law Mary Payne of Sunflower, AZ.
Mary Frances was the proud grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was a homemaker and spent her life devoted to her family. Mary Frances was baptized into the Church of Christ at the age of 12. She was a member of the 8th Street Church of Christ in Mesa, AZ.
Funeral services are Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 10 AM, preceded by a visitation at 9 AM at Bunker’s Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way.
Interment will follow at the City of Mesa Cemetery.
