Our beloved mom, Mary, passed away on January 4, 2015 and is now reunited with our dad, Ed, who passed in March of 2007.
Mary was born and raised in Walton, NY, the eldest daughter of Alton and Florence McCall. Mary and Ed settled in Carmel, NY, in 1960 after he retired from the United States Navy. Mary was a cafeteria worker in the Carmel school system and loved her “kids”.
Those who passed before Mary are her parents, Ed, her sister Ilene Babcock, her brother-in-law Richard Puffer, her mother-in-law Louise Allmond, and her brother and sister-in-law Benjamin and Evelyn Allmond.
Mary is survived by her son David, her daughter and son-in-law Ellen and Chris Hinze, her daughter Jean Allmond, her third daughter and son-in-law Wanda and Mark Griffis, her grandson and his wife James and Debra Stevens, her two granddaughters Fawn Toth and Michelle Allmond, her two great granddaughters Sabine Toth and Aislinn Puma, her great grandson Aidan Puma, her sister Jennie Puffer and her aunt, nieces and nephews.
