FUNERAL NOTICES.

The funeral of Augustine Hungerford, who died Friday morning, will be held this afternoon at 2 o'clock from D.W. Newcomer's chapel, 2111 East Ninth, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery.

He had been a resident of Kansas City for forty years and was for thirty years connected with the Green Tree Brewing Company.

Hungerford Will Not Be Prosecuted.

John Moran, who was shot and wounded by Gus Hungerford on March 17, in a quarrel over the residence number given by Moran when he registered for the city election, failed to appear against Hungerford yesterday and Justice Withrow dismissed the charge. The case has been continued before Justice Walls several times before a change of venue was taken to Justice Withrow's court, in which one continuance had been granted.
