William Ernest Cheser, 84, of Willisburg, passed away at 1:50 a.m., Monday, Jan. 12, 2015, at the Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. He was born on July 21, 1930, to the late George W. and Lizzie Ann Armstrong Cheser. He was a member of the Free Pentecostal Church on Chaplin Road and a retired farmer.

Survivors include, a son, Marce Cheser of Bardstown.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 15, at the Free Pentecostal Church on Chaplin Road with Rev. Don Estep, officiating. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg. Serving as pallbearers will be Brock Hawkins, Shawn Clark, Dallas Clark, Devon Osbourne, Clifton Bunch and Alex Cheser. Carey & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
