Mrs. Christina Syndergaard Woolsey, 65, widow of Thomas A. Woolsey, died at the family home, Monday afternoon after a two weeks illness of pneumonia and complications.
Mrs. Woolsey died while burial services were being conducted in the city cemetery for her sister, Mrs. Annie Syndergaard Marx, who died Friday. A grandson, Udell Woolsey died 12 day ago.
Mrs. Woolsey was born here March 20, 1968, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter J. syndergaard and with the exception of a few years spent in Wales, had lived here all her life. She was married to Thomas A. Woolsey of Wales December 22, 1892. Mr. Woolsey died in 1904.
Surviving are three sons, Peter T. and Wilford J. Woolsey, Mt. Pleasant; and Faireld L. Woolsey, Lehi; 11 grandchildren and six brothers and sisters, Mrs. W. K. Petersen, Mrs. Caroline Christensen, J. G.; Lars and Wilford Syndergaard, Mt. Pleasant, and Joseph Syndergaard, Salt Lake.
