Ricky Lynn Wallace, age 61, of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2015, in Texarkana, Texas. Ricky was born February 19, 1953 in DeQueen, Arkansas, the son of Charles (Choc) and Edna McKee Wallace.
He attended the First Assembly of God Church in Broken Bow. He retired from his work as a brick layer in Moore, Oklahoma and returned to McCurtain County in the year 2000. Ricky loved his family and cherished his time with them.
He was preceded in death by his son, Kelly Wallace, mother Edna Wallace and nephew, Brian Wallace.
Ricky leaves to cherish his memory, father, Choc Wallace of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; brothers, Mike Wallace of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Larry Wallace and wife Rhonda of Idabel, Oklahoma and Terry Wallace and wife Sheila of Springdale, Arkansas; grandchildren, Elisha Wallace and Megan Wallace of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; great granddaughter Elyssa Wallace of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; nieces and nephews, Melissa Hendricks, Shannon Wallace and Denise Haley; a host of other family members and many friends.
Services will be on Monday, January 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Assembly of God Church in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, with the Bro. Terry Bradley officiating. Interment will follow at the Broken Bow Cemetery in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
