Betty Jean McKelvey Kimble, 74, of 501 Hickory Drive passed away Wednesday, January 14. She was the widow of Franklin Roosevelt Kimble and the daughter of the late H.T. and Ola Lunny. Mrs. Kimble was a member of Revival Victory Faith.
Survivors include a son, Franklin Britt and his wife Bobbieann of Startex; two sisters, Margot L. Stockley of Lyman and Nancy McGaha of Inman. She was predeceased by two sons, Donnie and Dean Britt; and a sister, Dorothy McKelvy Swain.
Service will be 3:00 PM Sunday at The Stribling Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim McMakin officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9:00 pm Saturday at Stribling Funeral Home. Interment will be at Wood Memorial Park.
The family is at the home of her son, Franklin Britt 441 Hickory Drive Startex.
