Mr. Parker was born March 4, 1935 in Prestonville, KY and passed away on Monday, January 12, 2015. He was a son of the late Edgar D. Parker and Zelphia Parker. Mr. Parker was retired from the United States Marine Corps and the Columbia Metropolitan Airport Police Department. Mr. Parker was a member of the American Legion Post 130, Cayce, SC, Marine Corp League – Speedy Wilson Detachment.
