Mary Ella Seese, 93, formerly of Williamsport, passed away and entered the gates of heaven on Monday, Jan. 12, 2015.
Mary was born the daughter of Frederick and Agnes (Williamson) Shearer on July 24, 1921, in Bald Hill.
Mrs. Seese was predeceased by her husband, Herman W. and eldest son, Edward F. Seese.
Mrs. Seese worked in the garment industry and was a born again Christian and a member of Forestbrook Baptist Church.
Mrs. Seese is survived by her youngest son, William A. Seese and three granddaughters,
Kristen J. Schriner,
Andrea R. Aunkst,
and Heather R. (Matthew) Leonard
and six great-grandchildren, Ryan G. Schriner, Ian J. Aunkst, Caitlin R., Novalee A., Owen M., and Aidan M. Leonard.
Services to honor the life of Mary will be held on Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond St.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
Interment will be in Twin Hills Memorial Park.
