CLARK, Gertrude Age 97, of Dayton, departed this life peacefully on Friday, January 9, 2015.
She was a native of Lake Village, AK and a resident of Dayton for over 70 yrs. Gertrude was a devoted member of Christ Temple Apostolic Church, where she served until her health failed.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Rhoda (Triplett) White and her loving husband of 60 yrs., James Clark Sr.
Survivors include her children: Gertrude (Marchal) Edwards, JoAnn (Steve) Moore, Patty (Perry) Lewis, James Jr., Darlene (Ronald) Owsley, Charlene (John) Thomas and Susan Tate; special daughter, Doris Wilkinson; loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., SATURDAY, January 17, 2015 at CHRIST TEMPLE APOSTOLIC CHURCH, 3241 Denlinger Rd., with Elder Earnest Scales, officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
