Pamela Griffin, 59, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Emeritus Assisted Living Facility in Bradenton, Florida. Pam was born December 4, 1955 and lived in Montgomery through her childhood. After attending Troy State University, she moved to Prattville where she was employed at Unicare for 33 years until 2008.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret and Sedric (Tommy) Griffin of Montgomery and grandparents, Kathleen (Katy) Bargainer of Montgomery and Willie Catherine and Marvin Griffin of Tuscaloosa.
She is survived by her aunt, Kathy Barganier Bergloff (Bill) of Bradenton, Florida; cousins, Bo Bergloff (April), Ashley Bergloff Cantwell (Jason) and Henley Daughtry and Addie Ross Bergloff and Kathleen (Katy) Kyle and Quinn Cantwell, Ray Griffin, Fay Hammer and Tony Newman and many dear friends.
Funeral service will be Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Leak Memory Chapel in Montgomery. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to a reception at Leak Memory Chapel immediately following interment. Visitation will be Friday, January 9, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Bill Bergloff, Bo Bergloff, Jason Cantwell, Tony Newman, John Dunbar and Cliff Minter. Honorary pallbearers are Bob Guy and Wesley Little.
