LaDonna Lynn Morgan, 52, of Deweyville, Texas, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.
LaDonna was born on March 6, 1962 to parents Johnnie Mae (Stephens) and Jerry Dean Slone.
She had lived most of her life in Deweyville and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Deweyville. LaDonna married the love of her life, Sterling Lesley Morgan, on June 6, 1981. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. LaDonna was a loving person, who will be missed dearly.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Dean Slone.
LaDonna is survived by her husband Lesley Morgan; daughters, Hailey Morgan and Rebecca Morgan; mother, Johnnie Mae Slone; mother in law, Agnes Morgan; two grandchildren; sisters, Brenda Gale Bland and Cindy Ann Sheppard; brother, Jerry Wayne Slone and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 16, 2015 with Rev. John Fortenberry officiating.
