~OBITUARY OF NEILS MORLIN DRAPER
Funeral Services will be held Friday December 22, at 12:00 noon in the Mount Pleasant First Ward Chapel for Neils Morlin DRAPER, who died December 18, 1978 in a Salt Lake hospital following a long illness.
Mr. DRAPER was born in Mount Pleasant on May 20, 1913 to Albert Layton and Effie M. Ney DRAPER. He served in the U. S. Army during World War II and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Mr. DRAPER worked for many years in the Hercules Company in Salt Lake City. Although he loved and loved by children, he was never married, his many nieces and nephews brought much joy to his life, as he did theirs. Mr. DRAPER loved people, animals and the great outdoors. He spent his life helping others. Uncle Morlin was synonymous with love. He spent his last years farming and participating in the outdoor sports he loved. Member of the L.D.S. Church.
Survivors: sisters, Lester L. (Roxie) D. HAMILTON, Mount Pleasant, of the home who cared for him during his long illness. Other survivors Mrs. James (Rita) ERICKSON, Redwood Valley, California, Mrs. Lavor (Leora) OLDHAM, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Irvin (Dhaetta) LARSON, Mount Pleasant; many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
Friends may call at the Jacobs Mortuary from 11:00 a.m. until time of Services on December 22. Burial will be in the Mount Pleasant City Cemetery with full military honors performed by the American Legion Post, Mount Pleasant.
