He is survived by his parents Kyle and Angela June Day; brother Isaiah Creasy; sister Grace Phillips; grandparents, Kip and Carolyn Phillips of Benton, KY, Earl and Kathi Day of New Salisbury, IN; great-grandmother June Miller of Floyd Knobs, IN; Uncle and Aunts, Scott and Lori Phillips of Benton, KY, Aaron and Erin Day of Corydon, IN, Earl and Missy Day of Ramsey, IN, and cousins Sydney and Dylan Phillips and Selah and Tommy Day.
Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday January 15, 2015 at the Collier Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Knuckles officiating.
Burial will follow at a later date in Fairdealing Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Thursday January 15, 2015 between the hours of 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm at Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY.
