Brandi Nicole’ Harris, 28, of 705 East Dogwood Drive, Mebane died at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill on Sunday, January 4, 2015 at 5:00 p.m.

A native of Alamance County, she was the daughter of Miklos Leon Harris and Gladys Warren Harris, who survive. She was of the Baptist faith. Most of all, Brandi loved her family as she loved life and shared her smile with everyone she met. She also loved dogs.

In addition to her parents of the home, survivors include a sister, Brittany Gray Harris of the home; niece, Taylor Eva Harris of the home; paternal grandparents, Herb and Gwendolyn Harris of Roxboro; aunts, Brenda “B.B.” Warren of Burlington, Bonnie Duffins and husband Varo of Greensboro, Judy Warren of Burlington and Vanessa Warren Vaughn of Atlanta, GA; two uncles, Dwayne Harris of Raleigh and Larry F. Warren and wife Alicia of Maryland; close cousins, Nicole Vaughn of Atlanta, GA and Brittany Watkins of Mebane; childhood best friend, Dawn Miller of Burlington; lots of loving cousins; and a special friend, Matthew Radford of Graham.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Fred and Della Warren and uncle, Wallace F. Warren.

A Celebration of Brandi’s Life will be held at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Burlington on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow in Northlawn Cemetery. Other times the family will be at the residence.
