Mary Frances Abbott, 69, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2015 at a local hospice house. Funeral service: 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Clayton Kay Vaughan funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Laurel Land Memorial Park in Dallas. Visitation: 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Mary was born on January 30, 1945 in Dallas to Raymond and Alta Blunt Landrum. Mary Abbott was a nurse for many years, and was a member of Shiloh Cowboy Church in Venus. Survivors include sons; Brian, Mike, and Don Rumsey, Allan, Phillip, and James Abbott, daughters; Wanda Gaston, Markie, Beth, Tina, Lynn, and Joy Abbott, brother; Ray Landrum and his wife Pam. Numerous grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and also numerous nieces and nephews.
