Ruth G. Dollard, 94 of South Elgin, passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2014 at Tower Hill Health and Rehabilitation in South Elgin. She was born on November 20, 1919 in Alexander, Kansas the daughter of Benjamin & Emma (Stephens) Newcomer.

Ruth was a U.S. Army Veteran having served as a nurse during WWII.

A memorial service will be held at Tower Hill Healthcare Center in South Elgin, on Saturday, December 6, at 2:30.
