Man Dies of Stroke While Husking Corn
Cedar Falls -- Lewis H. Feidt, 48, of 112-1/2 Main Street, died suddenly Wednesday at 6 p.m., while at work husking corn on the H.E. Harvery farm north of Cedar Falls. Coroner Sidney Smith pronounced the death due to a stroke of paralysis.
Lewis Henry Feidt was born Dec. 23, 1892 at Garber, Iowa, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Feidt. He served in the United States Army during World War No. 1.
Surviving is his wife.
The body was taken Thursday evening to Garber from Brown's Funeral Home. Services will be held here on Saturday afternoon.
