Regina Ellen Allen, 53 year old, Checotah resident, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2015 in Checotah. She was born to Orville and Lanell (Lynch) Wilson in Henryetta, Oklahoma. Regina was raised in Checotah where she received her education graduating from Checotah High School in 1980. She attended Vo-Tech in Muskogee for 2 years then Southeastern State College in Durant. Regina was a caregiver for her aunt, son and husband Fred. She loved to crochet, read, was someone who loved people and loved to give. Regina was a member of Texanna Assembly of God Church. Regina was preceded in death by her mother, son and husband, Paul “Fred” Allen. Services celebrating the life of Regina will be held at 2PM on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Greenlawn Cemetery with Reverend Bertis McLemore officiating. A private burial will take place before the service under the personal direction of John Garrett.
