Patricia M. Christoffel, 82, of Aurora, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2006 at Rush-Copely Medical Center.
She was born on August 3, 1923 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, a daughter to the late, Albert and Marcella (Potter) Carter.
Patricia sang in the choir at Montgomery Methodist Church for many years. She also sang in the Aurora Coral Group A and served as a denmother for Cub Pack #313 for a total of 10 years, and was an officer in the Allen PTA and room mother.
Her family members include her husband, Ralph Christoffel of Aurora; two sons, Ronald (Margaret) Christoffel of Somonauk and Scott (Sue) Christoffel of Aurora; a grandson, Ryan Christoffel; and a brother, James Carter.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a granddaughter, Jennifer Christoffel.
Private graveside services will be held at Lincoln Memorial Park, Route 30, Aurora.
The family suggests memorials, in lieu of flowers, which may be made to the Boy Scouts of America Three Rivers Council Inc., 415 N. 2Nd Ave. St. Charles, IL 60174.
