MRS. HERBERT BAND
Mrs. Ida Pearl Band, 82, widow of Herbert Band, died yesterday in Deer's Head State Hospital, where she had been a patient four years.
She and her husband had made their home in Bivalve, until his death in 1943. Mrs. Band then moved to Salisbury.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ralph Willing of Chester, PA., and Mrs. William Rawson of Salisbury, four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Joseph W. Brown of Laurel, and two brother, Arthur Horner of Philadelphia and Fontz Horner of Bivalve.
Her late parents were Levin and Amanda E. Horner of Bivalve.
Services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the Messick Funeral Home, Bivalve. The Rev. Edgar Clawson, pastor of the Nanticoke Methodist Charge, will officiate. Interment will be in Bivalve Cemetery.
