Charles H. Kronick, 77, of 1633 Eastern Parkway, died in Ellis Hospital after a brief illness. Born in North Adams, Mass., Mr. Kronick was a retired clothing merchant. He was a member of Agudat Achim Synagogue. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Dora Greenberg Kronick; two sons, Mason Kronick of Philadelphia, Pa., and Harvey Kronick of Kingston; a brother, William Kronick of Seattle, Wash., and six grandchildren.
