John J. Sack, 74, Rt. 1, Hays, a retired farmer, died Monday night in St. Anthony Hospital.

Survivors include his widow, Mary, of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Al (Aurelia) Amerin of Phillipsburg, Miss Vera Sack of the home, and Mrs. John G. (Maria) Dreiling of Victoria; two sons, Donald of the home and William J. of Kansas City, Kan.; five grandchildren; one brother, Joe Sack of Hays; two sisters, Mrs. Bill Kuhn of Russell and Mrs. George Gatschet of Hays.

Sack was preceded in death by a daughter and a sister, Sr. M. Terese, C.S.A., who died last month.

Funeral services for Sack will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph's Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state at Brock's North Hill Chapel from 7 p.m. Tuesday until the hour of service. The Victoria Daughters of Isabella will say the Rosary at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. Sack was a veteran of World War I and the American Legion and VFW will conduct military graveside services.
