Stephen Kermit Chase, 63 of Mariah Hill, passed away at his home Wednesday, May 14that 10:05pm.
He was born May 17, 1950 in Wayne City, IL, to Kermit & Vivian Chase.
Stephen was a receiving clerk at Thermwood Corporation in Dale. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking & gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kermit & Vivian Chase.
Survivors include
2 daughters, Nichole Chase of Mariah Hill & Danielle Chase of Evansville;
1 son, Kyle Chase and his wife Meagan of Ferdinand.
One grandson also survives, as well as 1 brother, Stuart Chase and his wife Barb of Taylorville, IL.
Funeral services will be held in Mary Help Of Christians Church, Mariah Hill, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
