This beautiful, young lady & mother was murdered by boyfriend, Vincent Thomas Wesley Franklin. She was missing from Oct 6, until her body was located Chey's body was left in a wooded section near the home of Vincent's parents on approx 11/21/2013, Vincent murdered his parents. He later committed suicide at the Buncombe Co. jail.

A native of Galesburg, IL, she was a daughter of Michael Anselmi and Evelyn Van Treese. She had a love for life, and a passion for singing.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Alizea Nicole Van Treese of Asheville; siblings, Angela Barton of Defuniak Springs, FL, Jeff Barton of Galesburg, Il, Crystal Dunn of Candler, NC, Paul Van Treese of Asheville, NC, and Shawnee Anselmi of Asheville, NC, Shandi, Journey, and Chuck Anselmi all of Galesburg, IL, and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
