Lottie Homer Lindley Jr., who had owned L.H. Lindley Construction Co., died Monday at a local hospital. He was 80.
Lindley, a native of Winston County, was a resident of the Mobile area for the past 60 years. He was a veteran of World War II. Survivors include one daughter, Nellrea Simpson of Harahan, La.; one son, Robert Bruce Lindley of Satsuma; one sister, Eleanor Dunn of Decatur, Ala.; one brother, Gordon Lindley of Daphne; and four grandchildren. A private service will take place today at Mobile Memorial Funeral Home on Three Notch Road. Burial will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Mobile Infirmary Hospice Care, 2601-B Emogene St., Mobile, AL 36606; or Dialysis VMA Patient Care Fund, 1079 Bessemer Ave., Prichard, AL 36610.
