John Thomas Belcher born cir 1750 Virginia, did NOT die in Indiana, but actually died 1824 in Chesterfield County, Virginia, USA. This is proven by his will written 12 Sept 1810 and proven in Chesterfield Court 13 Dec 1824. The details can be seen in Chesterfield Will Book 10, page 370. John Thomas Belcher b.Virginia (Chesterfield or Henrico County) lived his entire adult life in Chesterfield and did NOT migrate to Indiana.
